Steps

  1. Below the form on the login screen, "Smart360 Security is checking your connection" see the banner.

  2. Once verification is complete, the login button becomes active; enter your details and sign in.

  3. "Security check failed" message appears, refresh the page.

  4. If verification doesn't load, refresh the page; if the issue persists, try a different browser.

Result Once verification is complete, login proceeds normally.
