Sign in to the organization dashboard

You sign in to the Smart360 organization panel at tenant.smart360.com.tr with your company code, username and password. The sign-in screen is protected by Smart360 Security; sign-in completes once your connection is verified.

  • The organization's tenant administrators. Non-administrator employees sign in to the products through their own sign-in screens.

How do I sign in to the organization panel?

You sign in to the Smart360 organization panel at tenant.smart360.com.tr with your company code, username and password. Who can do this: the organization's tenant administrators. Non-administrator employees sign in to the products through their own sign-in screens. The organization panel's Overview screen opens. The sign-in screen is protected by Smart360 Security; sign-in completes once your connection is verified.

Steps

  1. tenant.smart360.com.tr Open the address; "Organization administrator sign-in" screen appears.

    2. 1Your password

  2. Company code field, enter the code you set during purchase.

  3. Username and PasswordEnter these details.

  4. Below the form, "Smart360 Security is checking your connection" wait for the message to finish; most of the time no further action is needed.

  5. "Sign in"to remove it.

Result The organization dashboard's Overview screen opens.
The message "Security check failed" appears. Refresh the page; if the problem persists, try a different browser. Details: Smart360 Security verification.
"Sign-in failed" warning Check the company code, username and password. The company code consists of lowercase letters, digits and hyphens.
